1. Your ticket is valid for the entire 2005 NCAA Men’s Division I College Basketball Tournament. No purchase beyond your ticket is necessary to be eligible for prizes.

2. You have 3 teams for the entire tournament. They are listed on your ticket.

3. Scores from every game for the entire tournament are compiled to determine winners. In cases of game cancellations, or if a team doesn’t make it into the tournament, the final score for that team will be 65.

4. The total number of points scored by your 3 teams during the entire tournament will determine whether you are a winner. It makes no difference how many games your 3 teams play, nor if they win or lose.

5. $2,000 IN CASH PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED TO WINNERS after the NCAA tournament is completed. If your 3 teams score the most points (Highest 3-Team Total to the 8th Highest) or the least number of points (Lowest 3-Team Total to the 4th Lowest) of the tickets sold, you will win a CASH PRIZE!

6. YOU HAVE 12 CHANCES TO WIN A PRIZE! Odds on winning a prize are dependant on the number of tickets distributed. Any resulting taxes are the winners' responsibility.

7. TRACKING RESULTS: You can track how your ticket is doing during the tournament through the internet. From your browser type www.stvals.org/ncaa. Winning ticket numbers and scores will be posted on the internet by April 8, 2005. Interim results should also be available throughout the tournament. All results are final. By entering the sweepstakes, you consent to have your name posted on the St. Valentine website standings.

8. In case of ties, prizes will be combined and split. In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control make it impossible to determine winners as described, we reserve the right to devise an alternative method to distribute prizes.

9. To enter, legibly print your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address on the ticket stub and return it to a St. Valentine School March Madness representative. Entries must be received by March 16, 2005.
