As a way of recognizing the many amazing achievements and outstanding qualities of the students of St Valentine School, the St. Valentine PTG is pleased to announce the So Very Special Student of the Month program.

Each month students, teachers, staff, and parents will be asked to nominate students that best exemplify the qualities of St. Valentine School. The PTG board will review each nomination and select one winner per classroom.  From these classroom winners an overall winner will be selected and that student’s class will receive a $25 Giant Eagle gift certificate to use toward a party or other special class intention.  The winners will be announced at the monthly PTG meeting and published on the school website and in the local media.

Students should be nominated based on achievement in the areas of:

·       Academics

·       Spirituality

·       Service to School, Parish or Community

·       Extra-Curricular Activities (Athletics, Scouts, PJAS, etc.)

 This is not a popularity contest; awards will be conferred based on the quality of the nomination.
