FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

St. Valentine School Students Excel at PJAS Competition

Students from St. Valentine School in Bethel Park brought home winners in the Pennsylvania Junior Academy of Science (PJAS) competition. Peter Haywiser, Bethany Schreck, Brandon Smith, and Kelsey Thompson received first place awards. Bethany Schreck also received the top score for her category. All four will attend the state competition at Penn State University in May.

In addition, Angela Comer, Jessica Faber, Luke Modrak, and Shannon Wagner received second place awards, and Kevin Dudiak brought home a third in the competition held last month.
