Saint Valentine Church

Winter is over and Spring has sprung!! A sure sign that the St. Valentine Christian Mothers Flea Market and Bake Sale is right around the corner. In fact, Saturday April 19th is the day to join us for lunch and to browse over the 67 tables of treasures offered by us and various vendors. Our doors open promptly at 9:00 AM and remain open until 2:00 PM. After enjoying a tasty lunch and picking up some terrific buys, you can stop at our Bake Sale Tables and select a few of our delicious homemade goodies to take home with you. Don't miss this well attended annual event. And remember ADMISSION IS FREE.

If you are interested in renting a table for the event, the rental fee for a 3' X 8' table is $15.00 and this can be done by calling Mary Ann at 412 833 5662.
 

This organization has been in existence for more than 50 years in our parish and is active in hosting many spiritual and social activities for members.  There is something of interest for all adult women, young mothers, and grandmothers.  

Spiritually, there is a Mass at the monthly meetings, periodic Blood  Drives, Living Rosary, Day of Recollection, Charity of the Month, and the Holy Thursday Bus Tour.  Socially, there is the well-known February Card Party, Guests Night Out, Annual Birthday Dinner, Summer Tea Social, Spaghetti Dinner, Bridge and 500 Marathons, and Bingo games.

Additionally, the Christian Mothers/Women's Club is responsible for cleaning the altar, decorating the church for holidays, and assisting other parish organizations with their special occasions.
