Bethany Health Ministry

Bethany reaches out to the elderly and sick of our parish. Volunteers help by: Visiting or calling homebound parishoners and those in nursing homes monthly. Providing transportation for neighbors to doctors appointments, grocery shopping and other errands.

Healthbag Volunteers are trained through Mercy Hospital's Parish Nursh program and take strengthening exercises and a stress reduction program to shut-ins.

Parish Nurses and Health Ministry provide health education, flu vaccinations, blood pressure checks and other special seasonal projects.
