Every Tuesday at 7:15 p.m. in Frawley Hall
The workers at St. Valentine’s Bingo are
a unique and dedicated crew. Giving of their time to provide an enjoyable evening for
bingo players, they take their service to heart. Weekly and monthly workers combine their talents to provide the utmost
in customer service and dedication. Bingo is always looking for
additional dedicated workers on a weekly or monthly basis.

Call bingo numbers clearly and consistently to keep the games
moving

Cash Box
|
Verify income, expenses and make entries in the
ledger
|

Cleanup
|
All workers get involved with cleaning tables, breaking down equipment,
emptying trash, etc.

| Instants
|
Sell various instant tickets that players like to
open before bingo begins and between bingo games
|
| Payout
|
Verify winning bingos and pay cash prizes
|
| Preparation
|
Arrange supplies so the following week begins
smoothly
|
| Setup
|
Move chairs, place trash cans, retrieve bingo
equipment, etc
|
| Specials
|
Sell extra paper specials so players have
additional chances on the bigger prize games
|
Setup crew arrives at 5:00pm, all
others by 6:30pm. Cleanup is complete by 10:30pm. School
families that are helping on a grade level basis should schedule 1 person to
assist on each Tuesday according to the following schedule. Most often,
the worker will be helping with preparation, prize payout and cleanup. We
ask that the worker arrive by 6:30pm. September
- Kindergarten, 4 Tuesdays October - 1st
Grade, 5 Tuesdays November - 2nd Grade, 4
Tuesdays December - 3rd Grade, 3 Tuesdays January
- 4th Grade, 4 Tuesdays February - 5th
Grade, 4 Tuesdays March - 6th Grade, 4
Tuesdays April - 7th Grade, 5 Tuesdays May
- 8th Grade, 4 Tuesdays June, July, August
- Open, Coordinate with Bill Hirsh
